Macaroni KID South Baltimore is excited to be a Media Sponsor of Kennedy Krieger Institute's Festival of Trees. Kennedy Krieger's Festival of Trees is an annual family event to benefit the children of the Kennedy Krieger Institute. The festival runs from November 26 - November 28 To keep kids and families safe during the continued COVID-19 pandemic, this year's event has been reimagined as an online experience, with the addition of a new, in-person Toy Drive at the Maryland State Fairgrounds! You can enjoy Festival of Trees from the comfort of your home, and tickets are FREE for everyone!
1. Find your favorite Holiday Tree, Wreath or Gingerbread House
Kennedy Krieger's Festival of Trees has more than 500 decorated Holiday Trees, Wreaths and Gingerbread Houses! Browse them all online in the comfort of your own home! There will be Holiday Trees, Wreaths and Gingerbread Houses to purchase or to inspire your own holiday creation! Make sure your children take part looking at the trees, wreaths and gingerbread houses with you, they might spot their favorite cartoon show, toys, or food decorated tree.
2. Local Business/Merchants
Shop Local! There will be plenty of local businesses/merchants selling holiday items and food, which you can access online! Great thing about shopping locally is that it helps local families! WIN-WIN
3. Holiday Entertainment
Holiday music is my TOP music choice! Festival of Trees has great entertainment for the whole family, including a performance by Grammy-nominated Milkshake! Santa Claus and Disney Princesses will be in attendance at the on-site Toy Drive to bring some magical fun! Click here to find out more information.
4. Give Back!
Giving back during this time of the year is like the icing on the cake! New! This year families will have the opportunity to give a toy to a patient or student of Kennedy Krieger! Macaroni KID South Baltimore will be giving a toy this year, please join us!!
5. Drive-Through Toy Drive!
This will be a fun drive-through event, with music, Santa, princesses, the Ravens cheerleaders and other entertainment that attendees can enjoy from their cars! Each person who drops off a toy will receive a special giveaway and will receive one entry into the Toy Drive raffle!
